Return

Voa has a 14 days return policy. VOA has an easy return procedure. All goods must be returned with the order number and order date. VOA Store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.

Important information:

• Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
• VOA does not accept returns for handmade pieces created on demand.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original item for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate merchandise.
